Duration and Structure:
- Challenge Period: The Enigma Challenge consists of 10 enigmas, which participants will have 4 months to solve, starting from the date of registration. The challenge officially begins on [XX/XX/XX] and ends on [XX/XX/XX].
- Final Enigma: After the deadline, all participants who successfully solve the 10 enigmas will receive an exclusive 11th enigma. The first to solve the 11th enigma will be declared the winner. Participants will have one additional month from the time the 11th enigma is released to solve it.
- Extension Clause: If no participant solves the 10 enigmas within the first 3 months, the challenge period may be extended until at least one participant successfully completes all 10 enigmas.
Cheating and Disqualification:
- Cheating Policy: The use of any form of cheating, unfair practices, or any attempts to manipulate the game’s results will result in immediate disqualification. If cheating is suspected, the participant will be banned from the challenge without refund, and their progress will be voided.
Entry and Participation:
- Free Trial: All participants can try out the game for free by solving the first enigma. Registration requires a valid email address, which will be used to send instructions for the first enigma.
- Paid Participation: To access and solve the remaining enigmas (Enigmas 2 through 10), a participation fee of $10 will be required. This fee is non-refundable once paid.
Prize Details:
- Prize Pool: The winner of the Enigma Challenge will receive a minimum cash prize of 1,000 USD, payable via wire transfer. As the number of participants increases, the prize pool will also grow. Once 1,000 participants have joined, a portion of the participation fees will be added to the prize, increasing the total prize pool.
- Prize Distribution: The winner will be required to provide valid proof of identity and banking information to receive the prize via wire transfer. The winner must also post a confirmation of the wire transfer to verify receipt of the prize.
Winner Determination and Announcement:
- Winner Declaration: The first participant to successfully solve the 11th enigma will be declared the winner. All decisions by the challenge organizers are final.
General Terms:
- Disqualification Rights: The organizers reserve the right to extend, modify, or cancel the challenge if necessary, including adjusting deadlines or prize amounts based on participation and fairness.
- Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or participant errors that may affect the outcome of the challenge.
